Savyasachi Women’s Wardrobe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being updated on this website. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Online Account

As a registered user, you will be required to log in to www.savyasachiwomenswardrobe.com using your email ID and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any order placed through your account will be deemed as an order placed by you, and you will be responsible for all activities under your account.

📜 Terms & Conditions

Prepaid Orders Only – We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

No Refunds – Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.

Hassle-Free Exchange – Please note that refunds are not available once an order is placed. In the rare event of a defective or damaged product, we offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery to ensure your satisfaction.

Terms of Operations

  • www.savyasachiwomenswardrobe.com reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify any of its services at any time without prior notice.

  • All confirmed orders prior to such cancellation will either be fulfilled or refunded in full.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time without providing a reason.

  • Savyasachi Women’s Wardrobe will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience caused due to the use of this website.

Warranty and Liability

  • Savyasachi Women’s Wardrobe will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of products purchased from our website.

  • We do not take responsibility for delays or failure in fulfilling obligations if such delays are caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).

Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.savyasachiwomenswardrobe.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and design, is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission.

Damaged Products

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatching orders. However, damage during transit is beyond our control.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing savyasachiwomenswardrobe@gmail.com with clear pictures of the damaged item.

  • Once verified, we will replace it with the same product (if available) or a similar product from our collection.

  • Damage claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Missed Delivery

  • Our logistics partners make three delivery attempts. If the order is not collected after three attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • Customers may request re-shipment of returned orders by paying an additional ₹100 shipping fee.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will only be processed after payment of the product value plus shipping charges is made online in advance.
