Exchange & Return Policy

At Savyasachi Women’s Wardrobe, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully:

Exchange Policy

• You can exchange your saree within 4 days from the date of delivery.

• The saree must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and neatly packed in its original cover.

• We currently do not provide a reverse pick-up facility. Customers will need to arrange the return courier at their own expense.

• Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.

• To process a return, you must provide an unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel till the end, without cuts or edits).

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Important Notes

• Products that are used, washed, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange or return.

• Customized or altered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
